Job Description:

- Responsible for formula development, experimental design and execution of chemical products, as well as recording and analyzing experimental data

- Participate in the daily operation of the laboratory, ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations, and maintain a good experimental environment

- Work closely with team members on new product development projects, including but not limited to chemical synthesis, formula optimization, etc.

- Improve the performance of existing products, enhance product quality andreduce costs.

- Write technical reports, participate in technical exchange meetings, and share research progress and achievements

- Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics and technological trends, and provide reference for product development

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in majors such as electrochemistry, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, materials chemistry, etc.

- More than 3 years of work experience in the chemical industry, familiar with laboratory operation procedures and equipment use

- Proficient in experimental design methods, with strong experimental operation and data analysis abilities

- Good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

- Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, with a strong interest in new chemical materials

- Good English skillsare preferred, in order to read English literature and materials
