Product Description:

Lomax 300 is a highly concentrated, low-foaming water-based cleaner specifically designed for mechanical cleaning and degreasing applications. This highly alkaline cleaner with a pH of 14 is free of phosphates, solvents, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It effectively removes stubborn contaminants such as hardened grease, burnt-on deposits, and oils from surfaces including steel, stainless steel, plastic, and other alkali-resistant materials.

Please note: Do not use the concentrated cleaner on aluminum or galvanized surfaces!

Lomax 300 is compatible with the following cleaning equipment:

• Ultrasonic cleaning systems

• Automatic parts washers

• Multi-tank cleaning systems

• Conveyor belt washers

• Spray washers

• Water-injection washers

• High-pressure cleaning devices

• Immersion cleaning tanks

The demulsifying action of Lomax 300 helps extend the service life of cleaning media by enabling the removal of washed-off oil contaminants via plate-phase separators. As Lomax 300 is a highly concentrated cleaning agent, it can be diluted with water up to 0.5%. Tap water, deionized water, distilled water, or deionized water may be used for dilution. The optimal cleaning temperature is 60°C.

Usage Instructions:

Dilute Lomax 300 with water to the desired concentration, then pour it into the tank of the cleaning machine. When cleaning effectiveness diminishes, add more cleaning agent or replace the cleaning medium.
