Lomax 200 is a highly concentrated, low-foaming alkaline (pH 13.5) cleaning agent suitable for the mechanical cleaning of parts. It is widely applicable in the metal industry for pre-cleaning and intermediate cleaning processes. Lomax 200 effectively removes oil, grease, and soot from steel, iron, castings, and plastic surfaces. This cleaner is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and phosphates, and its surfactants are biodegradable according to OECD standards.

The demulsifying properties of Lomax 200 help extend the service life of the cleaning media by enabling the removal of washed-off oil contaminations via plate phase separators. As Lomax 200 is a highly concentrated formulation rich in active ingredients, it can be diluted with water up to 1:100 (with an optimal concentration of 3-5%). Tap water, deionized water, distilled water, or deionized water can be used for dilution. Lomax 200 is specifically formulated for low-temperature cleaning applications, delivering excellent cleaning performance already at room temperature.
