The water-based BioLoop  is suitable for removing oil, grease, and particles from the surfaces of components, tools, and similar items. This product is designed for use in the BioLoop parts washer, where its microorganisms effectively extend the service life of the cleaning medium. A filtration system installed on the wash basin first removes coarse contaminants from the cleaning medium, after which the microorganisms degrade the oil and grease washed off the components. 

    BioLoop does not damage the surfaces of the parts. Additionally, special corrosion inhibitors provide short-term rust protection for components after cleaning. BioLoop does not require hazardous material warning labels accoring to CLP regulation and contains no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Its surfactants are based on renewable raw materials. BioLoop is dermatologically tested, ensuring excellent skin protection. Moreover, the cleaning solution's fresh apple scent makes component cleaning more pleasant and comfortable. Using BioLoop as a solvent alternative ensures safe and convenient handling, storage, and transportation. This not only protects the environment but also enhances occupational safety. Usage Instructions:

BioLoop is specifically designed for use in the BioLoop parts washer. BioLoop is ready to use, simply pour the liquid directly into the tank of the BioLoop parts washer. As it contains natural microorganisms, do not add strong acids, alkalis, solvents, disinfectants, or similar substances to the liquid. Also avoid adding water, as this may disrupt the microbial environment. Only use the original packaged BioLoop solution in the BioLoop parts washer. When used in food industry, rinse surfaces with clean water after cleaning.
