Furthermore, Zerion 200 evaporates faster than traditional water-based cleaners while delivering powerful cleaning performance, leaving virtually no residues on the surface. This product not only removes grease and light waxes but also effectively cleans machining oils, rust preventive oils, and swarf from rolling bearings.

    This degreaser is VOC reduced and does not require hazardous warning labels according to CLP regulations, ensuring safe handling. Its surfactants are biodegradable (EU Solvent Directive) and Zerion 200 is also phosphate-free, threfore environmental friendly.

Usage Instructions:

Zerion 200 is ready to use and extremely simple to apply: Just spray it onto the surface to be cleaned, then wipe it clean with a cloth. This cleaner is primarily designed for industrial use and paint shops. To remove contaminations from surfaces, apply Zerion 200 to the parts before subsequent processing. This ensures paint adheres better to the surface. After cleaning with Zerion 200, traditional paints, water-based varnishes, and powder coatings can all be applied.
