This high-performance cleaner is suitable for use in the food industry. It removes stubborn grease, rust-preventive waxes, adhesive residues, asphalt, Tectyl anti-corrosion products, silicone, sealants, rubber, and burnt-on hardened crusts from ball bearings, worm gear drives, cylinders, and nozzles. Furthermore, this product effectively and safely removes burnt grease from transmission systems and engines. Compared to traditional solvents, Biohexxa evaporates more slowly, enabling a longer reaction  time while enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The cleaned surface is free of greasy residues.

This degreaser features a high flash point (>100°C), ensuring safe handling. Furthermore, its low VOC content minimizes vapor emissions during use, reducing exposure risks for personnel and environmental impact.

Usage Instructions:

Biohexxa is ready to use and suitable for manual cleaning applications or soak cleaning applications (including recirculating cleaning applications). Simply spray a thin layer onto the surface, allow to react for a period of time, then wipe clean with an absorbent cloth. After cleaning, virtually no residues remain on the surface.
